How often does the PartnerPulse™ score update?
Continuously. Every time a partner completes a training module, registers a deal, logs into the portal, or receives a certification — any action that represents a readiness signal — the score recalculates automatically. There's no manual refresh, no batch update window, no "check back tomorrow."
Can I customise what the score is weighted on?
Yes. While PartnerPulse™ comes pre-calibrated with sensible defaults, vendors can adjust the weighting of each readiness dimension to reflect what matters most in their specific program. The AI will then use your custom weights as the baseline and continue to learn from outcomes over time.
Do my partners see their own score?
Yes, by default. Partners see their own PartnerPulse™ score and dimension breakdown in their portal dashboard. They cannot see other partners' scores. If you prefer to keep scores vendor-only, you can disable partner-facing visibility in your workspace settings.
What data does PartnerPulse™ use to calculate the score?
All data comes from within the Partner+ platform — training completion, certifications, deal activity, quotes, portal engagement, incentive enrollment, employee roles, and development fund usage. No external integrations are required, though API connectivity to your CRM can enrich the commercial readiness dimension further.
Is PartnerPulse™ available on all plans?
The core readiness score and dimension breakdown are available on the Growth plan and above. The AI recommendation engine and custom weighting are Enterprise features. See our pricing page for details.
